- Paving Scam -

Last year we were fortunate in that we actually caught a paving scam company and they were banned from Land Harbor and Linville Resorts.  I have been made aware that this same scam is going on in neighboring counties and cities.  If anyone approaches you with a "deal" on paving your drive, etc, PLEASE call us and let us check them out BEFORE you sign anything or allow them to do any work. Also, get their name and a tag number from their vehicle(s) if possible.

School Bus Shelter in Linville
In a cooperative effort involving all LLH employees, a school bus stop shelter for children was built and placed in the Linville area. While LLH donated time, labor and materials, much of the work was done by employees on their own time.
